This package entails plastering & first and second fix electrics by our fully qualified electricians. All of your project's plumbing needs will be taken care of and then a carpenter will install the kitchen units and mason mitre the worktops (for seamless corner joins). Bathroom Design We provide a complete bathroom design and installation package, offering standard basic fit-outs to the higher spec, more modern, style of bathroom or shower/wet room. We take care of everything, from rip-out to the final silicone seal. Disabled Projects Disabled projects are catered for, with ramps installed for ease of use/access – along with grab-rails, non-slip flooring and any other fixtures or fittings required by the particular client's personal needs. Property Maintenance All property maintenance and repairs are completed by qualified tradesmen that are right for the job in hand. We will carefully plan and construct your new extension, working alongside architects and building control, to ensure that your project is built to a high standard and is both safe and legal. Conservatories We offer a design and build package for conservatories, which range from the traditional “lean-to” style to Edwardian, Victorian and Pavilion styles through to contemporary designs in UPVC and timber. Planning permission is not usually required when building a conservatory but, should there be a need, we will take care of this and every other aspect of your conservatory project. Domestic & Commercial Our years in the trade have seen us carry out a number of large-scale domestic and commercial refurbishments – it’s an aspect of our service that we fully embrace because it allows us to really dig in to our knowledge and skills to produce stunning results. Velux We are happy to boast that we are Velux™ 5 Star Installers. Supplying and installing all ranges of Velux™ roof windows within our loft conversion projects. We also construct sun-tunnels to allow light in to a room that lacks windows and also offer flat-roof window solutions that will flood any room with natural light and ventilation.
