Our Offices We have 2 offices that can be contacted, Weymouth (Dorset)(Commercial Division, Headquarters & Accounts and Fleet (Hampshire). For the Feasibility of the Project, we visit you for the assessment FREE OF CHARGE, after all you have the project plot or the building in your location. Within reason we will travel anywhere up to 30 miles’ radius from Fleet and anywhere in between. To enable you to view the functionality of a project in advance from any angle, above or below, for ‚planning permission, sun shadowing confirmation, or just simply as a marketing tool. Specifications We base all our Quotations (Fixed Price for works described with in) on Full Specifications & Bill of Quantities for each Trade, for absolute clarity for what is to be achieved, for example the Specification may say ‘11 Doors & Frames, you change your mind with a small adjustment to the layout to 9, we give you a credit for the 2, if on the other hand your modification involve 2 more we charge for two more (Giving you an actual cost at that time before commencement) so that we all know where are going, at any one moment. Project & Site MGMT We provide Project and Site Management in all Contracts as Standard. In today’s Construction market, Developers or Individual House Owners can choose to commence with works on an independent sub-contractual basis with Brickies, Roofers, Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Plasterers etc, rather than using a large main contractor. Whilst this is probably a cheaper form of construction, it creates mayhem for planning of the project (all works in the correct order), maintaining the programme & overall budgetary costs. Which may eventually lead to disputes and definitely time delays. 100% Satisfaction When we first meet, all parties concerned are very amicable and we want it to stay that way through the whole Project, after all it is better to work in a congenial happy environment than an angry one.
