Box Profile Tile Effect Roof Cladding Slate Effect Roof Cladding Shiplap 40mm Insulated Composite Panel SkyClad now manufacture many different profile sheets: Box Profile Tile Effect Roof Cladding 40 mm Insulated Composite Panel The Company's Profiles are an economical roof and wall cladding solution, incorporating a full under-roll side lap to give maximum weather protection. Manufactured from steel, the fire properties of Sky Clad's profile sheets are designated as Class 0 by the Building Regulations by virtue of tests I) 8.476 Part 6 combined with a Class 1 Surface spread of flame designation. Purlins SkyClad is manufacturing 7'' Galvanized Purlins to any length. Composite Panel SkyClad manufacture 40 mm Composite Panel in PU and PIR. The benefits in using Insulated Panel compared to ordinary Box Profile are in heat conservation. PU Panel (Polyurethane) can be used in general buildings. PIR Panel (Polyisocyanurate) is used in buildings and structures where a higher fire performance is required, i.e. warehouses, factories, garages etc. Our Panel is suitable both for internal and external use, is a great and quick way of insulating a roof/building. It is completely non-drip when fitted correctly. For extra light we are offering Fairs (Double skin Clear lights) which fit in snug with our SkyClad Profile. Every Panel sheet and Fair covers 1 metre in width for easy on-site handling.
